At Family Life Resource Center we employ administrative staff that are available to schedule your appointments, receive payments and answer your questions about insurance. Our staff are in the office from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. We accept cash, checks and credit cards.

Many insurances will cover varying amounts of mental health services. Those costs not covered by insurance are the responsibility of the client to cover. Our office staff can field questions about each clinician’s provider status with insurances, EAP providers, Medicaid or Medicare.

Billing is handled directly from our offices so you may discuss your current balance with our office manager.
